Лето еще и в том смысле отличная пора, что идея сходить на завтрак в ресторан не кажется вздорной. Встал — и пошел, пока еще не жарко и не слишком людно, потому что единомышленников у вас не так много. Куда идти? Вариантов в Москве тьма, вот несколько интересных.

TOUCHE

Ресторан на Трехгорке, вечером ориентированный на хорошее вино и соответствующую кухню и при этом часто именуемый винным баром, по утрам превращается в изящное европейское кафе, где вообще-то хочется посидеть за завтраком подольше обычного и съесть всего побольше: окна в пол, столики на улице, цветы. Меню. завтраков периодически обновляется.

Для сильно проголодавшихся — жареное яйцо с колбасками, сулугуни и помидорным салатом (600 р). Почти классика, но там еще обнаруживаются и необязательные, хотя вполне уместные, как выясняется, зерна чиа. До обеда не проголодаетесь, да и на обед скорее всего осилите только что-нибудь легкое.

Значительно более женский вариант — страчателла с орехами, ягодами и трюфельным медом (600). Тут прямо все наши представления о ЗОЖ в одной плошке: вкусно, легко, фотогенично. Ничего не остывает, растянуть удовольствие можно хоть на полчаса, одновременно изучая инстаграмы подружек и периодически дозаказывая себе латте на миндальном молоке.

Французский тост с ягодами и ванильным мороженым (350) — это шедевр, мимо которого в утренней суете можно ненароком проскочить. И это будет ошибкой. Тост настолько нежный, что возникает подозрение, будто внутрь ввели какую-то кремовую субстанцию. А его просто долго вымачивали в сливках, вот он дошел до такого волшебного состояния, при котором мороженое кажется немного лишним.

В японское бистро, понятное дело, надо отправляться за японскими завтраками. Забудьте про скромную плошку пресного риса, которую сонный трудолюбивый японец дисциплинированно съедает по утрам прежде чем втиснуться в переполненную электричку и поехать на работу. Тут вам предложат варианты поинтереснее.

Самый беспроигрышный называется без затей — японский завтрак (550): изрядный кусок лосося, запеченного в пасте мисо, огурец свежий и маринованный, суп мисо, маринованный дайкон, тофу, рис с приправой фурикаме, шпинат в ореховом соусе. Съесть содержимое подноса — задача сложная, но интересная.

Задача попроще (что заметно и по цене — 290 р) — омлет с авокадо. Его берут не только для того, чтобы съесть, но и чтобы снять и тут же выложить в инстаграм потешно шевелящуюся стружку тунца. Приятный бонус — пряная креветка.

По разряду «мне что-нибудь полегче» — смузи боул с ягодами (на снимке), сырники с кремом матча и клубникой (200), рисовая каша на кокосовом молоке с ягодами (350), овсянка с фруктами (250).

Чем запивать? J’Pan славится своим трепетным отношением к чаю матча (он же маття). Выбор всегда большой, вечно что-то новое придумывают. Интересный и вполне летний вариант — матча со вкусом баббл-гама и пудрой из фиолетового батата.

REMY KITCHEN & BAKERY

Вот это самое «& Bakery» на самом деле означает, что наесться тут можно одной только выпечкой, что для завтрака вообще-то вполне хорошая идея: круассан, кофе — и пошел дальше. Но мы не ищем простых путей.

Берем турецкую яичницу (490). Турки, как помнит любой, побывавший в Стамбуле и давший себе труд отказаться от гостиничного шведского стола в пользу завтрака в уличном кафе с видом на Босфор, знают толк в утренних трапезах. Кроме яиц в этой яичнице йогурт, томаты и зелень. Приятным бонусом идет симит — знаменитый турецкий бублик с кунжутом.

Coddled eggs штука вкусная, но непростая: яйца надо запекать на водяной бане, а тут их вполне прилично готовят в конвенктомате, так что пользуйтесь случаем. С копченым лососем и сливочным сыром (4880) или с беконом и прмезаном (420) — выбирайте.

Ну и панкейки — куда без них. Из рикотты с голубикой (350) — так прямо очень даже ничего. Плюс каши, омлеты, сырники и прочие утренние радости.

Вроде и наелись уже, на на выходе все равно какой-нибудь выпечки купите. На вечер. Но до вечера эти булочки и круассаны обычно не доживают. Проверено.

Утро красит нежным светом стены древнего Кремля, который отлично виден из зала «Живаго», а сам зал забит до отказа. Чтобы усилить патриотический настрой, берем жареную докторскую колбасу с горошком (240 р). Колбаса хорошая, но волна ностальгии по славным временам проходит слишком быстро.

Если уж выбирать что-то мужское, сытное, лучше перловой каши с бычьими хвостами (520) ничего не придумаешь.

Впрочем, омлет с гречневой кашей и белыми грибами (320) — тоже сильная штука. Иностранцы, во множестве посещающие «Живаго» наверняка думают, что именно на таких вот кашах да омлетах и растет обычно русский человек — сильный, добрый, неудержимый. А если чужеземцу указать на похмельные щи из кислой капусты (300), он точно поймет: этот народ победить нельзя.

Вообще меню завтраков тут огромное: одних яичниц и омлетов штук 20. Пироги, пельмени, икра, блины (на блинчики с дичью и брусникой стоит обратить самое пристальное внимание). Сырники, вареники — все на месте.

И уж точно никак нельзя пройти мимо гурьевской каши (280). Хотя по части сладостей конкурентов ей много — от прекрасной ром-бабы и эклеров до творожного кольца и яблочной шарлотки.
